Emotional Intelligence Quotient, or EQ, is proven to be even more important to leadership success than IQ (Intelligence Quotient). But what is EQ, really? In this experiential webinar, you’ll meet Sam, a leader in a company like yours. In a series of vignettes, we’ll explore the behaviors that underlie each of the four EQ competencies as we watch her grapple with challenges that test her EQ to the limit.
