Sangram Vajre was sitting on a red-eye flight bored. He was tired and ready to return home and didn’t have wifi to distract him. In this moment of boredom, he produced his disruptive sales and marketing funnel.

He took this idea and turned it into one of Deloitte’s Technology Fast 500 companies, Terminus: Account-Based Marketing. Sangram’s idea of account-based marketing propelled his tech startup to more than 200 employees with offices in two cities.

Now, Sangram has become the “chief evangelist” for Terminus, focusing on spreading the good news of the company and account-based marketing.

As a pioneering thought-leader in this lead-generation movement, authoring two books on the subject, he’s maximized his “FlipMyFunnel” brand to a highly-attended roadshow hitting six cities.

Although Sangram has been able to achieve great business success, he admits that he’s struggled to win in all arenas of his life. In a recent episode of The Leadercast Podcast, Sangram dishes some wisdom on not-often-discussed challenges leaders face and gives tips for leaders to change the way they do business.

At the core of disruption, according to Sangram, is a fervent passion and steadfast purpose for what you do that’s easily communicated from the top down. But how can leaders do that every day? Listen as Sangram explains.

“Our priorities are what we do, not what we say.” — Sangram Vajre

Bring your team to hear Sangram and capture energetic discipline and infectious positivity at Leadercast 2020—Positive Disruption on Thursday, May 7, at Infinite Energy Center, in Duluth.
